His grade is the youngest in the building. So of course the older kids pick and tease him. But soon , he realizes that it's just too much. He goes into a downward spiral of depression and self harm. Always being called names such as fat, worthless, emo, freak, ugly, attention whore, etc. really starts to affect you. Eventually Ashton developes anorexia and bulimia. He became so depressed that he stopped eating all together. One day he looked in the mirror and realized that he was losing weight. He stopped getting bullied but still continued not to eat unable to shake the disease. He soon became hospitalized and started to eat again but after he got rejected by multiple collages his self esteem went down and he stopped eating.
