Everyone knows of Darren Shan's story of how he became a vampire, of when he joined the cirque and met his best friend Evra Von.
But no one knows of Merla, Evra's future wife and mother of his three children: Shancus, Urcha, and Lillia (She appears in book 7).
No one knows where she came from, who she is, how she fell for her husband... Only that she is Evra's wife, and her odd 'freak' power: She is able to take her ears off and use them as boomerangs.
This is her story, from when she started, to where she is now, and everything in between.
