In the aftermath of Sonic Heroes, Metal Sonic, finds himself phasing in and out of other peoples stories. As a morally ambiguous lone ranger, Metal stumbles along finding not only himself but a pretty cool leather jacket in the process.

This reads a bit like a spaghetti western despite not being in a western setting or time period. There is going to be some Metonic eventually, however it is not the main focus of this story.
