Lucy Turner, a smart, independent woman gets dragged into her father's past against her will. Fíli, working in his family's security agency, receives his new assignment: guarding Lucy.
On one side we have a guy who doesn't want to be a babysitter, on the other side we have a woman who wants to get rid of her 'bodyguard' as soon as possible. You know this will turn into chaos. Interesting chaos yes, but still chaos.
But then things get serious real fast, and they both have to work together to stay alive.

They each have secrets that they keep from the rest in hopes of them finding out the truth about who they are and why they feel more at home. They all happen to find their real family but one of them learns a powerful secret about them. What is even more complicated is that they fall in love and try to run away because they know that they wont be staying long yet a part of them wants to know what will happen if they give in to their feelings? How will they handle what they are and What will they choose? Will they fight for what they want or will they run away, hurting themselves and the ones they love? This is a fanfic. All of the credit goes to JRR Tolkien and Peter Jackson. I don't own anything except Renee, Katherine and Lilith. Also this is my first fanfic so bare with me.
