The world is messed up. We all know that. Roman, Patton, and Logan all live on the streets, no parents, no money, no jobs, they're just a couple of street kids that have no future, but they at least have each other, the closest thing to family they will ever achieve. Janus, Remus, and Virgil also live on the streets together. Same position and same future. All they have in the small misfit family they created together. Through the reveal of Remus, things between the sides have changed. Logan's advice to Thomas has been taken up by Virgil, talking to Patton and learning to grow as a side. Janus 'Deceit' Sanders and Remus 'Duke' Sanders have been bestfriends since the split, though Janus acted as the responsible, adult one despite being the same age. Remus had always been vocal about his feelings until Virgil left, calling him too emotional. Janus had always been the one to lock his feelings and emotions away never really showing them. He did this ever since he was a child, wanting to show little weakness and to be strong for the others. These both came with major consequences, Remus often found it difficult to voice his feelings out without getting mad at himself or someone else for how he was feeling. Janus had to find other ways to cope with his feelings, mostly unhealthy. But what happens when these two dorks fall for each other? I'll tell you, mutual pinning and miscommunication, with tons of angst with some hurt/comfort fluff. I'll be using Deceit's real name Janus (Deceit), Patton, Remus, Roman, and Logan are feral cats living in an abandoned barn. Life was simple and quaint until Janus comes home with an abandoned kitten he names Virgil.
