Carly Day was your ordinary teen age girl. She loved relaxing and listening to music, has that one best friend who stands by her no matter what, and she hated school. People saw Carly as a nerd who only studied to get into a good school, but really she could care less. Carly only got good grades and tried hard because of her mom. After her dad left Carly only had her mom. She tried to do everything for her mom even if it wasn't enough. Her mom was you typical alcoholic. She did nothing but sit around and drink. Nothing Carly did could impress her mom.
Ace Waters was a bad boy you could say. To the naked eye he was scary and not to be messed with, but on the inside he just really wanted someone to see through the mask he has on and help him. Ace's parents are never home and when they are its nothing but hell for him. They fight and drink more then ever. Ace has tried to reach out to people for help but once he took his walls down people would walk away because he wasn't "the bad boy" they thought he was. This leaving Ace to build his walls thicker every time.
Carly and Ace had a past but they don't bring it up. They dated but it was nothing like you high school on and off again relationship. They were together for a long time and knew a lot about each other. They tragically broke up after Ace cheated on Carly. They have not talked once since that night 2 years ago. This is until Carly needs help getting away from her mom and has nobody to run to and Ace needed help with his grades.
Lets see how them both needing each others help can bring them back together and closer then they have been in the past 2 years. Will they get back together? Will Carly run away from everything? Will Ace help her?
