RBI Selection Process 

Stage I: Objective Written Examination 

The target composed assessment is a two-hour test with 200 inquiries. An understudy gets a +1 mark for each right answer and a - 0.25 punishment for each wrong reaction. There is no punishment for neglecting to endeavor questions. The Tier - 1 assessment score isn't considered into the last score, so it's anything but a passing assessment. 

Stage II: Online Written Examination ( Objective and Subjective ) 

This stage comprises three diverse inquiry papers. It is Economic and Social Issues, English (Writing Skills), and a discretionary decision among Finance and Management, Economics, and Statistics. 

Stage III: Interview 

This stage incorporates a meeting with a board of 4-5 administrators/analysts. The meeting depends on HR and an applicant's overall impression of the country, the public authority, and information on the Indian and worldwide financial frameworks. The meeting is of 50 focuses.Read more.
