This is my fanfic of the PC game S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Shadow of Chernobyl. It's an
excellent game based on the Strugatsky brother's novel 'Roadside Picnic'. This
novel was the first to made me realise that aliens would be so...well...alien,
that we wouldn't be unable to understand anything about them, not even their
waste!
The game differs from the book. Among other differences, it is based on the fallout
zone of the Chernobyl reactor and the city of Pripeyat a. I wrote this for a
contest and I won a copy of the game, personally signed by the entire
development team!
This is the story of Oleg and leonid, Stalkers. One is ambitious and will stop at
nothing to gain control of his faction and the other a traumatised outcast on a
never ending search for his lost sister. Both quests collide in the twisted and
dangerous area called the Zone, a region that defies human understanding.

INFO BOARD Nedakova Real name: Nedyakova but she decided to rename herself without her parents knowing about it since they have mixed opinions about change. - Born in 2007 3 july - sent to sanatorium in 2020 dec 19 because her parents died of an virus and her brother didn't want her to be infected he was also with her on the sanatorium but abandons her then later got killed on the first day. She had learned to program things for herself to save her own life but it later got burnt. Her friends Angel is not an manipulative friend of nedakova, He is not the true leader. He cares about nedakova. During the night he always goes insane to kill people but not his friends. The chill spiders are chill people with members of 3 Raya is a Bulgarian female who escaped from her abusers to find somewhere to stay for a while Jamie is the leader of the chill spiders and he, raya and gabriel are always together no matter what! They don't mind getting new members as long it doesn't ruin their friendship. The Observer
The following extract is of the first three chapters of my book. Set against the backdrop of a hypothetical global nuclear conflict at the beginning of the 1980s, The Observer follows Dennis, a member of the UK Royal Observer Corp, a military voluntary civil defence organisation whose wartime job was to monitor nuclear explosions and gather data for fallout predictions. With war imminent as the Soviets and the USA battle in the Middle East, the story opens a few days before hostilities break out and with the UK descending into chaos as marshal law, road blocks and riots dominate the landscape. Between shifts in his bunker, Dennis battles with life in pre-war Britain as well as a conflict of opinion with a wife who is determined that family should come before duty. Lost in the regret of boredom and estrangement from his brother and now deceased father, Dennis disagrees. The terrifying screech of the sirens sound as the world is plunged into nuclear war. Now Dennis fulfils his duty alongside his two companions, logging explosions within their vicinity. Disillusioned by the reality of war, his companions protest as Dennis reports every explosion to Group Control until it too is destroyed, leaving them with no further role to fulfil. Each person now faces their own demons as they wait for the fallout to clear. Dennis in particular has to fight his history of childhood failure. One month later Dennis emerges alone from the bunker, riddled with guilt as to why he abandoned his wife and child at such a critical time. Determined to find his family, Dennis travels across the ravaged countryside. He returns to his village to find it has been evacuated and with evidence that even this far from the cities the effect of blasts has left its mark.Complete
