Elara didn't know who Regulus Black was when she met him but when getting to know him she's quite intended to loathe him and he is quite fast to return the sentiment.
As a transfer from Beauxbatons Regulus Black did not know what to expect from Hogwarts but it sure wasn't a little insufferable and annoying yet quite pretty roommate. His new roommate wasn't the only thing he wasn't expecting he quite frankly didn't expect to be reunited with his traitor brother who he has not seen since he was barely a child.
