Seraphina Smiles

Even with the mountain high crime rates and lack of safety within the city limits of Gotham, Seraphina Smiles has finally decided to return home.
She had left the dark and decrepit city nearly six months ago to pursue something other than seducing men's out of their wallets. Realizing that this talent was all that she was good for, what city would be better than the ass backwards town of Gotham.
During her time in Gotham, nearly five years total, Seraphina had learned just how bad the city was. Cops were so impossible to trust that you could trust a rat in a trash can more than them. Locking your doors would only give you time to take your belongings and run. Only knowing a small few of people, and making sure those are the right people, is better than letting the whole town know that you exist.
And one of those people on Seraphina's know and love list is club owner and rumored mafia member Fish Mooney. Seraphina had met Mooney, knowing right off the bat to earn the ability to call her Fish without getting slapped, within her first month in Gotham. Fish had offered her help in getting a job, which shocked Seraphina due to the fact that her internal innocence was even more obvious on the outside than it is now.

Now that she has returned, she is hoping that she is still on Mooney's good side. However, Mooney has other plans for her. Mooney has been trying for a while now to get on GCPD's good side, specifically the happier side of one Detective James Gordon. Trying multiple times to do so, including keeping an annoying Oswald Cobblepot alive, Mooney believes that she is failing. Now knowing that what could now be one of her two secret weapons, Mooney plans on using Seraphina's seductive ways to stay on Gordon's good side for good.
