After defeating Mesogog and supposedly Quinterror, John and the Dino Thunder Rangers lost their powers. Or at least five of them did. For some reason, John somehow kept his Ranger powers. John and Kira decided that with John still being a Ranger, and Kira wanting to focus on her music career, that they should break up. Little did they know that Quinterror survived and has now teamed up with the forces of Dark Magic. Now join John Lee Scott as his journey takes him to Briarwood.
