Tweek Tweak's world is flipped upside down when his father tragically passes away and he's left to help his mother run the family coffee business. His escape from reality is no other than his careless and troublesome best friend Craig Tucker, who he's secretly in love with.  But it seems as if only more and more secrets start to pile up after the duo finds themselves in a truce with the irritable class bully, Eric Cartman.

As well as minor weight gain, as a headcanon of mine is Tweek is on the chubby side. However none are the main theme.
