Dickie the dolphin(I couldn't think of any other name) and William the Whale first met in a ocean daycare center when they were both 8 years old. The children soon became friends and would play together, and eat together, and read together- they basically did everything together. William was a bad child, nonetheless. He was rude to everyone(except Dickie), would always pick fights, and always refused to do things that he didn't want to do.
But one small thing that was said to Dickie's parents about William would lead to a broken friendship. Dickie's parents thought William was a bad impression on Dickie and didn't want that kind of behavior rubbing off on him. What happens when Dickie moved to a different state? Will they ever see eachother again? Will one unexpectected turn lead to them becoming secret lovers?
