He just barely catches himself on his windowsill, and nearly complains about this to Skeppy- but he loses that thought when he glances at the sky above him.

Huge pink jellyfish litter the sky, which is buttercup yellow.

"Wow," Bad gasps. Skeppy turns his head to look at him and grins. The boy plops himself down on the roof, bringing his knees to his chest.

"It's perfect for jellyfish watching right now. Come sit down!" Skeppy pats the space beside him. Bad crawls through the window and joins Skeppy, sitting on the roof, gazing at the incredible jellyfish. "

summary: darryl, known as badboyhalo to his friends and family, has a strange dream where he meets a boy his age and they go on an adventure on the night of July 5th. when he wakes up that morning and peers out his window, he sees moving trucks and lots of people across the street from him. bad wants to go and meet the people who moved in, but he's too shy. one night, he can't sleep, so he peeks out of his window again to calm his nerves. across the street, looking out his window and smiling, is the boy from bad's dreams- literally.
