A sudden and mortifying post-war apocalypse struck the world, nuclear weapons destroying most of the greenery, animals, ocean life, and human population. Those left fight to survive, trying to evade the military efforts to rebuild civilization. The only trust is within yourself. It is either kill or succumb to the pressure of society, a decision Indie and Harry do not need to think about twice.

But one day, forces draw the two together and a new situation comes to rise. He helps her but he fears the action will make her want him to be with her.
