2030, Eleven years na ang lumipas mula nang maganap ang malagim na pandemya sa mundo dahil sa COVID-19 virus na nagmula sa China. Mula nang maganap ang pandemya ay mas naging handa ang mundo sa maaaring sumunod na pandemya na kaharapin ng mundo. Kabilang na ang Pilipinas sa mga bansang naging aktibo pagdating sa pagpapaunlad ng kanilang health and research system. 

Ang partners at matalik na magkaibigan na sina Myrna Birog at Prances Ilao ang top researchers ng bansa sa Techno Lab. Hindi lang maganda ang dalawa. Pareho pa silang matalino at madiskarte. They are bad bitches researchers. Ipapadala sila ng bansa sa China upang alamin kung may bagong virus na nadiskubre sa research facilities sa Wuhan. Sa simula'y grand vacation ang magiging takbo ng lahat. Ngunit isang babala ang matatanggap ni Myrna. Magkikita rin sila ng ex-fiancei na si Jonathan na isa nang Head Researcher ng Australia Research. Doon niya malalaman na nasa likod ito ng isang mas malaking plano upang magpalaganap ng bagong virus sa mundo. Idadamay nito si Prances upang hindi nila ituloy ang imbestigasyon.

Ngunit hindi ganoon kadali ang magmahal sa gitna ng isang bago at mas matinding pandemya. Mahahawa si Prances. Titindi ang desires nito. Sa loob ng isang buwan ay kailangan na nilang makuha ang formula ng vaccine laban sa virus. Dahil buhay na ang nakasalalay ay lahat gagawin ni Myrna upang mailigtas ang babaeng pinakamamahal.All Rights Reserved
