Oliver Wood is in his last year at Hogwarts, In thinking ahead he wants to acquire some teaching experience. So he signs on to be an assistant teacher in his last year. Unfortunately, the class assigned to him is the furthest from Quidditch  he could ever get. Potions! As he juggles his schedule between Quidditch and keeping Professor Snape happy, he also finds himself attracted to one of his students.

Rose Trancy is an American student who has lived on Hogwarts grounds for two years. Minerva McGonagall is her godmother and the only family she has to look up to since her family left her to go on a world tour. The transition into a magical school was hard, but Rose bloomed into her magical half in record time. A top student and a lover of education, one of her favorite classes was Potions. And now, in her fifth year, she can't quite take her eyes off one of her educators.
