The problem is, Dylan is amazingly handsome, despite his sassy, bipolar attitude. He can't seem to control what comes out of his mouth, but he almost never lies. That can be good, but also bad. Will Cecilia crack open this peculiar boy, or will she, too, succumb to a broken heart?
