When a world wide appendix infection starts to kill thousands of people, the stone family moves to the town of Thinberge hoping the infection wouldn't reach their son who still had his appendix.

All doctors were hiding in fear and those with appendixes were being killed as sacrifice, can the family survive much longer knowing their son is getting sicker day by day.
