"Mama!"

"Bébé courir!" (Baby run!)

The woman screamed in French at her child to run away, the young girl looking at her mother with tears in her eyes. 

"Non!" (No)

She screamed, her eyes widening when she watched her mother, the only family she ever knew, be stabbed through the heart with a sword. The man who did it took the sword out of the mother who lay dead, his evil menacing eyes looking down at the shaking girl as she slowly backed away.
