Shreiberious was defeated by the survivors. But the remaining grasshoppers want to resurrect Shreiberious and build a stronger army. Mervince, Clamron, Markus, Knowledge (Zach), Meg, Emeelia, and the rest will go on a high-school fieldtrip to a strange town in Pennsylvania called Shady Grove, Markus's hometown. But they will be unaware of what awaits for them there. Will they be able to defeat this new, unknown enemy? Or will Zach's knowledge be forever lost, er, I mean will the survivors die from this new, dark green force? Will some stay loyal to the heroes, or will they be tempted to go to the Dark Force?
