Mikan Kurosawa's childhood dream was to become a hero.

 She wanted to protect the people's happiness and pure smiles. She wanted to create a safe place for others to live in. She wanted to save those who are in need. But that dream was shattered when she reached the tender age of 13.

She was broken down into pieces and glued together again in a twisted way. All she wanted now was for her wings to be untied and be free but could she really do it? 

After all, the darkness seemed to be fond of her, latching to her light tightly until it faded away. Maybe she didn't need to be alone to fight it. Maybe she needed someone to light the correct path and protect her. Maybe a certain green haired boy would save the day.
