Laura W. was found in the middle of an alley in New Orleans by a drunk and his pal. Fortunately, the pal wasn't drunk and immediately called Social Services. They picked her up and put her in the system. In the 16 years that she was alive, she was in 5 foster homes that didn't want her, 3 she was kicked out of and 1 that she stayed in, though she couldn't leave. That home brought terrible luck to her, terrible events and the worst: where she disappeared.
