Charlotte's been through a lot in the 19 years she's lived so far and it seems that when her inventor of a father creates something that will drastically change her life, things could only get worse. Adding college, boys, parties, and a vengeful ex-employee to the mix makes things 20 times more difficult for Charlotte. Can she handle playing an instrument again or will the trauma of her past be too much? With the help of a boy she thought she'd never have anything in common with, Charlotte seems to get a handle on her chaotic life. After all, it's not easy being a blind girl in a world made to see.
