Mature
A short story about a haunted painting and it's haunting backstory. A young woman by the name of Elisse Morgan in the Victorian era lived happily until her brother was taken from her. She lost herself to insanity, causing her to be put in an insane asylum. All her deeds followed her till the day she died, causing her portrait to be haunted by her.

Trigger Warning: Mentions of suicide, murder, abuse, blood.

A/N: This isn't my first story ever, but it is one of my longer ones. It is only one chapter due to it's shortness, but I will be publishing other stories hopefully soon. If anyone has any recommendations, I will gladly take them.
