But this mission, it pushes her to the brink. She has to go back to the past, experience loss from her very first mission with the special ops.

An enhanced soldier, the first of his kind. His codename. Adam. Something seems familiar about him and Jay can't place it. There's a lot she doesn't know about what happened three years ago and he's apart of it. 

Every time she looks into Adam a part of the lies she was given uncurls, leading her to the truth of the past three years. Jay is strong, but she wasn't always this way.

A man who trains police dogs who helps with normal K9 work but also PTSD sufferers, when he has the chance. (This is more of a 'life after marriage' type of book, and not a teenage romance, so if you have been wondering what happens, after the high-school/college drama and 'they got engaged, got married and lived happy ever after' this is the type of book you would be interested in)
