A captain swan high school AU with a twist, inspired by the book and tv show 'Panic' by Lauren Oliver.

When Emma Swan is sent to yet another set of foster parents in a sleepy town in Maine, she is expecting it to be a regular small town, she just wants to finish her senior year so she can go and live her life, the way she does best, alone.
