Ever wondered what Hiei was up to during his stay in the human world? How he was able to survive after finding himself stuck in a world where he'd rather not be and knows little about? Well, here is my version of those events. Hiei is moved into an apartment in town because, well, Koenma has to put him somewhere. There he is faced with the family next door and, against his will, their hospitality. Little does he know there is more to this nearly cliché appearing family then meets the eye. One member of that family, Yuko, a seemingly normal human teen that seems unlucky enough to be running head first into trouble and on one faithful night she unlocks a whole new world for herself through Hiei. Each chapter will show the point of views present, being either Yuko's or Hiei's mostly. I don't own Hiei or anything Yu Yu Hakusho related, but damn I would have loved to. Tanjiro Kamado made it has goal to become a Demon Slayer after his family was slaughtered and his sister was turned into a demon. But he wouldn't be alone on his journey. He would always have his best friend by his side.... NOTE: If you've watched Demon Slayer, then you'll know that it is very violent and involves a lot of blood and people being dismembered, cut to pieces, you get the picture. Also, I do highly recommend that you watch Demon Slayer before reading this story as there will be spoilers. Also also, I am aware that certain girls in the harem are with certain characters from the series. This is my story and it will be adapted to work around having a reader character. Also also also, this will follow the storyline of Demon Slayer, but there will be some filler added in. This is technically a retelling of the story, so some things will be changed. For example, some characters might not die and the overall ending might be a bit happier. There will be angst and a lot of it because I don't want to fully mess around with the story, but there will be plenty of fluff too.
