My opinion of What should have happened in the season 5 mid season finally if the writers were thinking straight!!!

It's not just an alternate ending but an alternate beginning. Daryl and Beth might get together. Somehow in this messed up world these too very different, very great characters have found each other. Each has come to have feelings for the other, now they just have to figure it out themselves. Read to see if love can survive the apocalypse, while many people wont.

Not wanting to be just another dead girl Beth asks Daryl to teach her how to survive in this new world. Working together he brings her to life and gives her the confidence she needs. She gives him love and a calm that he didn't know he needed. Together they balance each other with the light and the dark. (My take on Beth if she had shown more sass early on. Personally I think her character could have been a great story to tell)

Daryl Dixon is completely on his own. After the Saviors burn down Alexandria, he thinks that he is the only survivor. I haven't written a story in the first person since Broken. It's not as easy as it sounds, but I enjoyed the challenge. This story has taken me months to write and I finished it just days after the Season 8 midseason finale. Any similarities to that episode are pure coincidence. I wrote the chapter (You'll know which one) months before Season8 even started. For anyone that is newly following me or reading my books, I write differently than most. You only start to get chapters once the entire story is written. And it finally is. I hope everyone enjoys Angel.
