Vampires. They were Monsters. There had to be a cure. Three Blood Brothers try to find said cure. Three brothers scared of becoming more monstrous than they already have become. Finding a way to love yourself is hard, finding a way to heal your curse is hard, finding the strength to ignore the scent of your destined mate is hard. Three friends, a pair of twins and their tutor, meet the blood brothers. Will they fall in love? Will the Blood Brothers free themselves from the curse?

Once I turned of age, I would be sold as a blood slave, a pet and my life would possibly end. I never liked these creatures to begin with. Adding salt to injury I was bought by a royal vampire, the prince. I cursed the day I was born. Maybe not all vampires were the same, but for humans that was just wishful thinking. (This book has mature mentions, violence, blood, sexual scenes and mature content. Proceed with caution.)

*Completed* Virgil doesn't know it, but he's the son of Lucifer. After his caring mother is killed in a horrible car crash that should have killed Virgil as well, his father realizes that Heavens angels are trying to send Virgil back to Hell despite him not doing anything bad. Virgil is sent to his Uncle Patton's place to live and goes to a new school. There he meets an annoying kid who somehow befriends him, but little does he know the kid was sent by his father to protect him. The religious parts of this story is based loosely (very loosely) around christianity. Pairings will be prinxiety, logicality, and demus, if it's not your jam that's fine you don't need to read. There will be trigger warnings at the beginning of every chapter that will include cursing, death and blood. It was against the law for vampires to be with any other beings than their own kind. The magic realm was filled with different monsters and creatures that were a risk to human kind, which was why they stayed hidden. They were deemed so dangerous, that they were hunted by a different species: angels. Vampires and angles had been at war for centuries, with the heavenly-like creatures winning every battle. But it was important to keep the two species separate, as angel blood was the cure to any vampire becoming human again, keeping in mind that once bitten by a vampire, for an angel it was sudden death. However in this day and age, vampires walked freely amongst the city. After all, they needed humans to feed and in order to do that, they had to blend in. The war between vampires and angels had to be kept secret from human kind, and the species had to stay apart. The stress of it all had caused him and his twin brother, Remus, to run away. They had everything planned out, for the most part, but when the ship they ran away on is overtaken by pirates, they impulsively joined the crew. The captain of the ship, known as the Masked Pirate for he wore a black mask that covered his whole face, seemed like a stoic man to the public, but the twins quickly see his love for his crew. The twins believe that they had found the perfect family, and the best life. Until a deadly curse is placed upon the captain, and the crew has to rush to find an island that holds a fountain that can wash away curses before it's too late. The problem is that the island moves, and they're being chased down by someone who wants the captain dead.
