Raised by a family of Pokemon daycare workers and breeders, Viccy Davids was encouraged to be one herself. But she really didn't want to, you see, she aspired to be a Pokemon trainer. Suddenly, a huge storm entered the Hoenn region. But unlike other storms, this storm lasted for more than a week, scaring and disturbing the Pokemon in the daycare. Wanting to prove that she could be strong and independent, Viccy sets out on a quest.
