Noah Clarke is a young pirate casted out by his family. In this short story, he begins his first day on a ship, with Rowland Bennett, an infamous pirate, working for the evil Julius Mannering. Rowland, however, isn't so evil. With Noah being a devoted supporter of Julius, he sees Rowland as a traitor.

Set in the world of Ever Moon.
