Oxygen

When the world started to become nothing more than machines and artificial necessities, an underground lab of dedicated scientists created five individuals to restore the natural beauty to the browning planet. For three years, they treated them as if they were normal children: they housed them, fed them, and taught them the ways of Mother Nature to one day release them into the world before it suffocated itself.

In a singular night, everything changed.

100 years later from the exact date, the five creations awaken to a whole new world -- the world the scientists had warned them about and wanted them to change.

With the knowledge of everything they had learned permanently etched into their minds, they thought that they were prepared to face anything that was to come.

They would soon realize that they were wrong.
