Taken || Book 2 of 2 in the Sam's Back series
Sam was gone, for good, Mumbo had killed him and he hadn't respawned. He was dead. Grian trusted in the kindness of the world and he opened up, but that was his biggest mistake. Because what if Sam wasn't dead? What if they had been tricked by a simple hack? What if Scar and Mumbo went missing? What if they were taken? Grian would have to find out the consequences of those 'what if's the hard way. A sequel to "Sam's Back", I suggest reading that first if you haven't already since otherwise this won't make sense. ~The hermits had huddled around a large hole in the ground. At the bottom of the hole sat two people. One had bright orange hair with a face full of freckles and what seemed to be antlers sticking out of her hair. The other was facing away from Grian and was wearing a plain grey jacket with the hood pulled up over their head. They turned and met the builders gaze and time seemed to slow to a stop. Grian couldn't believe what he was seeing. He was standing face to face with a dead person~ Grian left Evo and joined the watchers, whom he then betrayed and in turn, they destroyed Evo and everyone in it. But that's not where the story ends, because when season 8 of hermitcraft rolls around, Grian is shocked to see a familiar face. But what he doesn't know is that this familiar face is there for a reason. Because the watchers wanted Grian back. Grian was placed into a world, not EXACTLY sure what had happened before then, although he where he was. There was others too. Along with some mysterious entities, called themselves the watchers. They liked him, maybe a little too much. Eventually he found himself, he wasn't sure weather a human or something else. What is Grian exactly? Is he a watcher? A Hermit? Real? Grian has started getting weird dreams as of late. Dreams about living on a different island with different friends with different things going on around him. Dreams that are filled with bloodshed and betrayal. Finding himself remembering things from lives he didn't know he lived up until this point, Grian struggles to contribute to the Boatem Village and to work on his base. He still stocks up the G-Train and does his best to act as if nothing was wrong when among his friends, of course, but that didn't stop him from wondering what else he couldn't remember and whether or not he should let his friends know of the lie they are living in.
