Dawkins creates a dog transformation serum that can turn any mammal into a dog, however after a mishap with a female flea, he accidentally swatted the flea into the serum, he doesn't expect anything to happen until the serum mutates it and transforms into a teenage mutant dog flea hybrid, Dawkins was terrified of his creation but soon learns she isn't dangerous. So he names her Caramel and so begins their journey as Caramel learns about everything.
