Izukus parents always knew he was special from the moment he was born, to the moment he presented as a Prime Alpha, to the moment his quirk showed signs of power not seen before.
He could create anything living or non living from his imagination, even living items that could use powers. If he imagined it he could make it.
The Hero Commission wants him, and villains always come after him for this power, All for one wants to steal this power.
Izuku since presenting as a Prime Alpha and the manifestation of his quirk is told he is government required to have a harem no arguments.

A Femboy To Rember
Izuku Midoriya is a boy that has gone through hell and back. He was bullied for not having a quirk all through middle school by his "best friend" Katsuki Bakugo. Then out of the blue, he gained a quirk. His quirk is called "Emotional Damage". It isn't as bad as it sounds. It just means that when someone is faced with torture or something similar to it you will gain a quirk. It's pretty rare so he doesn't use it much. This quirk allows the owner to have a certain thing happen to him based on his emotions. Deku had gone through a Femboy phase so he just goes with it now, no matter what people say or think and somehow got a harem along the way. He has grown mentally and physically tough so it's hard to get to his heart. Will his harem the consist of his classmates be able to break down the layers to this badass femboy's heart or not.
