This book will include my shifting scripts, possible shifting methods, and my day by day journey on how to do it in a span of 16 days. I don't know if I'll do it in that short of a time span, but I'll definitely try. I've been learning about shifting recently and I personally wanted to try it out for myself and see what my experience will be like in another reality! If you don't know, shifting is considered a way to go into another reality. A lot of what you may see on TikTok is false. For example, there's a reality out there where a fictional world interferes with your own. Shifting isn't dangerous but it takes time to actually shift, and there's a lot that goes into shifting. I personally have never shifted before (it's 7/10/2021 while writing this) and I decided to try it for the first time on my birthday (7/26/2021). I will try my best to document it daily, and I hope fellow beginners or even masters at shifting find this helpful!
