Because even in this twisted timeline, Izuku Midoriya still finds himself as the outcast. But maybe this time he can use it to his advantage. He can save people. Izuku Midoriya can become a hero! Well, he's more like a vigilante at this point, but who cares about labels?
The neighborhood police task force, that's who. Aizawa can feel the headache coming on already. And why does this strange kid seem to know so much about him?

After around 5 when he started loosing the emotions people would feel everyday he found that the only time he actually felt emotion was when he was in fights with his peers. Both parents died and before the ambulances or paramedics came, Izuku ran.
