Once there was a girl who lived in light. She was strong and smart, and commanded over the armies of the Day Court, until she was burned by one close to her. Then she became an echo, living off the light of her memories to stay alive in the dim cell, and holding on to every last bit of strength to withstand their torture. But after enough time had passed, her strength began to fade, as well as her will to live, and she began to give up, That is, until the darkness began to sing. Now, she has to face what is real, and what matters, because who knows how long anything will last?
