Basically the whole lab thing, Tommy was born in a lab, got out of the lab and now has trauma and doesn't know how to behave and doesn't speak or anything and has a lot of trauma. He wasn't sure about what happened at the place, and still thinks of the place as home. He misses the man who saved him.
