As he fled from royal guards through the forest, accused of having practiced forbidden magic, this dream had never seemed so unattainable.

*Completed* With their kingdom is falling apart and in debt, Prince Roman and Prince Remus head out to the Dark Forest with hope that they will find the Heart of Life. With the Heart, they would be able to save their kingdoms crops and pull the kingdom out of the dark days. However, within a few days of traveling through the forest, they are attacked and lost in the forest, with only a servant and knight for company. Mal, a dragon witch, lives in the forest with her two sons, Janus and Virgil. Though the three are powerful, Mal made enemies with the fae who have ever since been trying to kidnap Janus for revenge. Luckily, or maybe unfortunately, they ignore Virgil for the most part since he was adopted. When they cross paths with the humans, things get a bit... messy. A dragon. Virgil after being cursed was hunted down by "Brave warriors" who wanted to bring home his head to the king to prove they were worthy of taking the position of crowned king when he passes. Of course, Logan being crown prince didn't believe in this silly nonsense his father told the villagers about this dragon. He just loved learning about his kingdom through history books and art. Logan was wandering the village with some of his guards when he heard the commotion, he went and saw someone about to cut off a woodland creatures antlers, the poor creature who was about to be beaten and sent to his father to be imprisoned, was innocent! All he wanted was to know the villagers! He later revealed his name was Patton. Was all the rumors about his village being magical real? Logan was prepared to find out.
