Fourteen years old Robbie Malcom harbours a secret. He is a Delta(an alien superpowered being.) Even though he has all this power, Robbie feels rather content with doing everyday things that doesn't involve him being a hero. Using a watch that allows him to suppress his abilities, things seem just about fine, until one day, he forgets to wear it. From then on, there is no going back. Robbie dons the superhero identify, Fortitude, and dives deeper into a world of heroics. A terrible secret involving Robbie's father is revealed. Will Robbie have a back of steel, or will he break under the weight of lies and deceit?
