After the rather "sudden"death of Alaric Saltzman, Damon Salvatore , Elena Salvatore , Caroline Salvatore , Bonnie Bennet, Matt Donovan, and Jeremy Gilbert due to "medical issues." All within a month of each other. The town of Mystic Falls didn't even question it. It was almost like they were too accepting.
Though the biggest concern was the "disappearance" of the Salvatore twins and three of their close friends. Everyone has thought they ran off due to the lost of most of their living family and their friends taged along with them.
Only three people know what happened Hope and the Saltzman Twins. Though they all knew only Lizzie Salesman felt any grief or remorse. What will happen when the children come back 13 years later yet none of the have aged a day? Well you'll just have to read to find out.

Although the vampires had disappeared from the town, the werewolves seemed to gone extinct, but the witches stuck around. Especially the Black family who are one of the most powerful witch covens to date, but when vampires come back into town, the signs of it are a whole lot major for them then the town, especially when the Salvatore brothers start sticking their noses in their direction. Where Damon the brooding, destructive older brother who's there to what seems to only cause trouble finds his eyes and himself drawn to the youngest witch both of them end up asking themselves why, especially when their species are supposed to be enemies.Complete
