3 siblings beyond the red room

Penny Parker (fem Peter) is the younger sister of Natasha and Yelena. She was inside the building when Natasha and Clint blew up Budapest and barely survived. Once she and Yelena reunite with Natasha, she helps take down the red room.

Penny still has her powers and is older than in canon.

Spoiler warning: this book starts during the black widow movie.

The current plan is to focus on Natasha Yelena and Penny's sibling hood in the first few chapters with a lot of time skips, and get on with what I want to really write about in this story.
