Tom and Amelia Bennet had a set of twins, a girl and a boy, before they divorced. The boy was the golden boy and has been all his life, perfect everywhere. His sister, on the other hand, is the troublemaker. After the divorce, the kids spent most of the year with their mother and the summer with their father.
This year Tom got a raise at work and bought a beach house on an island. That's where they'll be spending the summer. On the first of June, Camilla, Brian and Tom arrive on the island. Camilla doesn't think she'll like it there and isn't that excited, while Brian is more excited than ever.
Of course, they meet new people on the island. Even though they would rather not. Who are these people? What happens on the island? Will they find love? Or will they make new enemies?

Tw: It might contain some vulgar language.

"A guy isn't going to care if you're laughing with a dude," he said. "You laugh with friends. You do this with someone who is more than friends." Wolf placed his hands on my waist, pulling me in flush with his body. He dipped his head to my ear and whispered, "See? No one that looked at us right now would think we're friends." ------------------------------- When Savannah's long term boyfriend, Tripp, breaks up with her out of the blue before their annual summer lake vacation, she's devastated. Enter Wolf. He's the son of her parents' best friends, who happen to share a connecting lake condo. Savannah hasn't seen Wolf in two years since he stopped coming on family vacations. He's notorious for trouble, the exact opposite of Savannah. Wolf shows up one day and suggests that they pretend to be in a relationship during their two week vacation. He's convinced that his mom's adoration of "good girl" Savannah will change her mind about his recent house arrest. In exchange, Wolf suggests Savannah can use their fake relationship to lure Tripp back by making him jealous. Savannah is hesitant, but is just desperate enough for Tripp's attention that she agrees. Spending time with Wolf on their pretend dates becomes a problem when Savannah begins to have feelings for him. After all, Wolf is off limits. Her best friend has a major crush on him, and Savannah is supposed to be with someone sensible like Tripp, not the lead singer of the high school rock band, Wolf and the Midnight Shepherds. In the end, Savannah will need to decide if falling for Wolf is worth the consequences.
