Wilbur had finally been revived.. but it wasn't as good as it seemed to be. His problems kept getting invalidated and his trauma overlooked.
A bit after coming back he decided to wonder around then remembered a particular place that he hadn't visited yet; Phil and Technos house. But didn't find what he was expecting.
