During a case in Illinois, Sam and Dean discover a pair of twins that they can't seem to get rid of.

Rory and Mara Pace had a semi normal life Before they met the Winchesters. Living in a small town in Illinois with nothing interesting happening, the girls learn to entertain themselves by different activities, such as messing with a pair of brothers pretending to be FBI agents.

Before long the twins end up stuck with the Winchester after many unfortunate accidents. Dean grows a special bond with the girls but right as soon as he starts connecting with them things spin off the rails.

And maybe, the girls haven't been hearing the whole truth all their life. And maybe that could mean life or death. And maybe we're not all we're told to be.
