Sofia Sanders has always lived a life moving back and forth between family members. So for her moving to her aunt Claire's house in Mattawa a small town in Washington is nothing new.
Finding friends comes easy to her, but she doesn't want to let her guard down because she knows she'll move again eventually.
She soon finds herself trusting all her friends including Jason, a guy that she likes more and more as she gets to know him. As she expected a year later she has to move back and leave the fantasy life she created.
As she's trying to adjust to her new life... Again. She finds herself thinking about what she left behind.
Two years later she decides to go too college in Washington hoping to get back to the life she lost.
But going back to Washington brings a lot of surprises. Some good others not so much. Sofia doesn't know if she made the right choice by going back, or if it was really something or someone who was so important to her, she just had to see that person again.

Meet Violet Summers. She's the sarcastic girl who doesn't really ever get noticed by anyone. She blends into any crowd because of how "normal" she is. And she loves it. She wouldn't be able to stand the attention of everyone around her. That's why she won't tell Ryan Bloore, her crush for three years, that she practically worships the ground he walks on. Ryan is the captain of the basketball team at their school, so guys see him like he's a god and girls act like he walks on water. If they were to date, all eyes would be on her- she would be under everyone's scrutiny. So she's kept her feelings a secret, and she's done her best to suppress her emotions these past years, but she's realized that she's been so caught up in making people not notice her that she didn't realize how lonely she would be when no one was watching. Now meet Ryder Knight. School bad boy. Quarterback captain and heartthrob. The kind that wears a leather jacket and has tattoos all over his arms. The one who shows up to school riding a motorcycle. Just your average run of the mill "if you get involved with this guy, you will meet some serious trouble" kind of male. Well, too bad for Violet, she's stuck with him now. After all of the years of pushing away her feelings for Ryan because of her fear of being seen, she is now all anyone can look at- because of Ryder. Because of him, she can feel their stares, and she hates him for it. The longer they spend time together, the more Ryder starts to realize he actually enjoys being around her-despite her snarky comments about how much she despises him. And if Violet is being completely honest with herself, she's also starting to realize she might not actually hate the fact that people are noticing her now, but hate the way Ryder makes her feel.

Not His Girl

26 parts Complete

There are two things Harper Lynch wasn't expecting when she made out with an attractive stranger at her aunt's wedding. One: He would show up on her doorstep two weeks later as the son of an old family friend. Two: That he would be staying in her house, right next door to her. If living together isn't enough, Duke starts to go to Harper's school for the year, and immediately earns the status of the senior heartthrob. Suddenly, Harper, the girl who keeps mostly to herself and spends a lot of time in her room watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer marathons, is the envy of every girl in her high school. Harper couldn't care less, and despite that fact that she has insisted that she has in no interest in Duke, she is still subject to the wrath of jealous, catty bitches and the admiration of wide-eyed freshmen. It really doesn't help that Duke is constantly flirting with her in his own irritating yet charming way. Harper refuses to be yet another conquest, but is that what Duke wants? Or does he want more?
