Bob is the first new kid they have had in Belleville High in years. Not long after Bob, two more kids come along to the town. These two are more mysterious, and the older one has already graduated, but especially sparks Franks interests. The younger one, still in school and in the same grade, is putting his focus on the big haired and bigger hearted "nerd" of Belleville High, Ray. When they all start to hang together, they discover something that none of them would have guessed that they shared.
