Grian greets as he bends to pick up the fallen, heavy-looking boxes. "You're looking chipper today. Work went well, I'm guessing?" "Oh, Hell yeah! We mugged a guy!" "You did what-" Or: In which fic we explore the way Benchtrio can bring death and destruction to an innocent city, cause chaos and endear themselves to heroes and villains alike. "Dream, please! It was just going to be a small excursion for tomorrow! I was just planning on surprising you!", Tommy pleaded but Dream was not going to buy any of it. "Is that so..." It was a sound like a crackle of fireworks that opened to an exploding boom. The night sky lit up momentarily, turning brighter -almost ethereal with swirling clouds-, the stars multiplied within a single second before bursting into nothingness and leaving the sky dark. Dream cursed under his breath. There was light. No, many lights! Vibrant green spikes of light that raced to space against time itself and faded into deep, elusive magentas and dark reds. The colors danced over their heads, spreading in patters like that of the sand of the sea floor over the landscape. An aurora borealis had appeared. Tommy expected his life to be shit. Being in the foster care system had fucked him up considering the abuse and whatnot. He still had his two friends the small winged goof ball Grian and the slightly crazy Ranboo but they weren't always there. He had made them a promise they would escape together and now he is being sent to a new foster home with some guy named Phil. I wonder how this will go... (This fic is old and I am currently in the process of rewriting it!)
